I order jack and jones shoes from Myntra.com. I used that for one month after purchasing it from them. After one wash the color of product started fading. I called them and they replied that brand can’t return this product. First of all after using that i observed that was not original product and second we are customer of Myntra not Jack and jones. They take their product back in case we do shopping from their outlet. complain#170402-017411. They have no answer when i questioned from them. I can attach screenshot of conversation made on fb or got reply in my e-mail id.
