I had ordered a pant worth 700 from Landmarkshops.in which /i wanted to be returned due to wrong size. Parallely, I had also ordered a jacket worth 3700 from flipkart which I needed to exchange due to wrong color.

The blue dart pick up guy (for Landmark) came, and on call when I asked are you from flipkart he said yes (may be he did not hear me properly). I asked my roommate to hand over the jacket to that guy as I was not home. 2 days later when the flipkart guy came, I realized that I have given the jacket to the wrong guy.

I immediately raised a request in Landmark Shops saying I have returned the wrong product and I want it back. On 20th July, 2016, they confidently told me that it has been shipped back to my address and delivered there.

They also send me the receipt (attached below) saying it has been delivered.

Whereas, in the receipt it is clearly mentioned, that I am the shipper, not the consignee and it has been sent to some MP traders, Delhi.

I mailed back saying that its not delivered to me but to them.

They said they will resolve the matter and get back to me as due to ‘their’ mistake, it has gone to wrong address and got delivered there.

Its already 5 days now since there last mail. I had dropped a mail twice with the urge to get an update but they did not even bother to reply.

I had told them a hundred times that the product needs to be returned back to flipkart and I am running out of return/exchange time, but it seems to me Landmark staff is not taking this seriously.

Please help as I have no other option left to track my jacket.
