Looks like Quality Control checks are nil with HPCL Indane Gas cylinders. Lpg gas is very sensitive and mostly handed by house wife’s alone at home 2 times in 3 months we received faulty Gas cylinders and I had to rush home as wife was panicky. The earlier one was partially leaking . Today’s cylinder which is still with us won’t fit in the regulator adaptor. Hpcl ensures no one reaches them on phone. No one picks up the phone. We have to go to the distributor and request him to do us a favour. It’s their responsibility to ensure that the cylinders are fully tested and safe. Please take up with HPCL and ensure that no other customer goes through this agony
