Across traveller from noida sent the proposal for my darjelling and sikkim tour, after all changes and price finalisation they asked booking amount my brother decided all the terms for payment with their executive and paid advance money of rs.5000/ by payumoney, they were not providing company bank details.

After 3/4 days when we called them for booikng enquiry they were not picking call on landline or cell, when called from different number they picked up the call and suddenly said now u have to pay atleast 40% now other wise cancel the tour, our person made mistake but we cant go further.

Now they are saying they will deduct cancelation chages for cancelation, being problem from their side. I want to know is it not their mistake if their person agreed all the thing and now saying all not possible??????
