Respected sir I bought puma snekaer shoes Rs:- 1899/- by amazon on 9 spt 2016, but shoes delivered short size. So I have returen refund initiated on 14 Sept, 22 Sept I have called in amazon custumer care my account mentioned wrong digit plz stuck my transaction, they confirmed me don’t worry your transaction wiil be stuck, updated your correct a/c no.informed me care service on 22 Sept 2016, but on I have recieved massage on 23 Sept 2016 your transaction wiil be initiated successfully. after it I call and informed to care and they clear that transaction was stucked plz update your new a/c and reiniated your transaction, you will get your amount till 29 Sept To that date I have called in care above to 30 times bt they informed me plz wait 24 hrs your refuned will be initiated with in 24 hrs, me also contact to my bank there is no transaction initiated in my account ,and how it is possible transactions successfully transfer in wrong a/c no. if there a/c no was correct than never match a/c holder name. Than how it is possible transaction successfuly transfer than plz rply me what will I do me waiting for for my refund for 1 month, amazon team not helping me & not provide clearation abt refund ,every day i call in customer care service.
