The company came up with a 50% advance scheme in Mar’13, which promised to deliver the flat by Mar’16. After 3+ years of waiting, I cancelled my Flat booking in Apr’16. I waited for 3 more months as per the MOU clause. Today, they came back saying they have “No money in the Bank”
