Regarding refund from Flipkart vendor

I had ordered Redmi 4A on flipkart on 21/9/17. I had paid Rs4994 online. The order couldn’t get delivered and was canceled on 25/9/17 my money hasn’t been refunded yet. I have tried contacting the customer care multiple times with no solution from their side. [IN1710050731337517342]. Please guide me regarding what steps can be taken to complain further. order number of OD110286619364036000.
