Regarding refund from Garnet constructions

I Invested my hard earned money in Magic Hills projects for residential plots near Panvel in 2008. The sales team executive took my payment and send me the initial documents at the time of booking in 2008. They promised the possession of the plots in 2010.

However till date I have not received the possession. The builder earlier use to answer the call and promise the fast delivery of the project, but do not even pick the phone these days. Other people in office also no more reply to emails, about the status of the project. I would like to get my invested money back. Can anyone help.

Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
