Regarding refund from India Rush site

I bought a product from india rush site…Bt on delivery I found dat the cloths is cheaper as compare to their rate.so I return it though courier. bt y mistake is dat I didn’t red there policy as normally every online site refunds the amount. bt apne I don’t want to mk any further purchase and dey are nt refunding my amnt in my account.need your support.
