Regarding refund from Jabong

I had placed an order with Jabong for 3 products, on 30th July. Estimated delivery date was 4th July. I have still not received my order. the status shows products are not available. However, the 2 products out of 3 are still shown on their website as available. I need my refund or the products asap. I have tried calling them multiple times but no one picks up my call. I have mailed them 4 times, but still no reply. my brother tried calling them, they picked up the call and said that they would initiate the refund. I just received a message, but no progress after that.
