On 23rd august 2016 i placed an order of two kurtas on online shopping website “limeroad” of order no. 0005241458 of Rs. 1635 (including shipping charges) with cash on deleviry option. the order was delivered on time and i paid money in cash on delivery. but when i checked the order, i found that there is problem with the product regarding size. i visited website and opted for return and refund option. i had done all the necessary steps as mentioned on site regarding return and refund. on site it was mentioned that within seven days your money will refund through bank transfer.

It is more than seven days, yet no amount has been refunded. so i contacted them through phone but not replied and also through mail twice. they replied through mail that follow the following steps of return and refund and we offer you credit points for shopping. I Twice requested them that i don’t want any kind of credits, but i want my money back Rs. 1635. Still they have not replied. So please guide me what should i do to get my money back.
