Regarding refund from PayTM

I am booking uber cab for me and my wife. I have given credit card and Paytm as payment method accordingly I deposited ?700 to Paytm account. Repeatedly failing to use Paytm on Uber app for booking a cab I approached their helpline. They told that now you will be able to use cash only. Obviously I requested refund of my money lying unused in Paytm account. Company refusing to address the issue and not refunding my money.
