i cancelled online reservations train tickets of myself and my family tickets due to delayed timings of train no -13005 up Amritsar mail on 2nd October but the eastern rail zonal office has rejected my appeal, the train left at 6.30 am without prior announcements and reschedule time display in electronic boart at Howrah station keeping us waiting in platform no 11. The actual time was 1st October at 7.10 pm and was late for 11 hrs . Maky my trip had persued the case to eastern rail but they rejected. Pnr no – 6453556434 and make my trip Ref No – NR2151026772587. Hwh to Lko and the total amout to be refunded Rs 7782. Complaint registered id -161210-031473. I again bought ticket and went to Lucknow with pnr no 6659955999. I canceled the ticket filling TDR at 7.56 am , as it took some time to manage the incident. I had sent several mail to make my trip and to care@irtc.co.in but they rejected. Please do the needful as earliest to get me justice and refund money. Regards,
