Regarding refund from Railways for unconfirmed ticket

I had a ticket from howrah to wardha on 2 january 2017 ,but the ticket was not confirmed .i had made the ticket from debit card ,so I Cancelled the ticket .Then the ticket collector of howrah told that the refund will come soon in your acount .But I didn’t the refund till now .
