Regarding refund from Snapdeal for returned product

I placed an order for a unstiched dress material for Rs.1183.00 Order No: 8257089641 on 3rd sep 2015. The same was recd by us on 8th sep 2015. But as the material was not as per our requirement, we send it back and requested for a rund of Rs.1183.00. In the meantime we contacted the SNAPDEAL officials telephonically many a times and explained the request to them every time and full fill their requirements by sending the receipts, Bank statement of account through which I paid the amount. But sorry to say that till today I have not received any refund instead they sent us the dress which we returned back. Please look into the matter as the material which is of no use to us is being sent again by SNAP DEAL. The current status mailed by SNAP DEAL shows that “the refund process is completed” But sorry to say we have not yet received any refund so far.
