I had signed a contract with Syndicate Drivers, Bangalore, for providing 2 cab drivers. They failed to keep up to their promises, and because of their horrible service, I asked them via email to cancel the agreement and refund my deposit. The same day they responded to my email saying they are processing the cancellation and will update soon.
However, even after 30 days, my refund has not been made. They are not responding to any further emails/calls.
I came to know later that they have done the same with others as well. Kindly help in getting my deposit refunded from them.
