Regarding You Broadband, I have requested to disconnect my service with them by May 29 and they have stated that they have initiated my refund on June 1st and I spoke to numerous representatives and supervisors as well who wasted my time and also I am very much upset as they have stated that I will receive the cheque in 45days buts it’s more than 60 days as the date today is 19/8/2016. Please I need a compensation for the time and my money I have wasted to contact them each and everytime along with my refund cheque
