I ordered Panasonic p55 Novo 8Gb smartphone in snapdeal and due to heating problem I thought of giving back the product to snapdeal and asked for refund as per the display rules in the snapdeal website. But now they are not ready to do so.
Details are as below –
Purchased date: 27th Oct 2015
Delivered date: 30th Oct, 2015,
Issue found date: 31st OCT, 2015.

I charged the phone nearly for 5 to 6 hours for the first time. After that I start using and found that just for 5mins usage, the device started heating. The upper portion of the device started completely heating and it keep on increasing.

Snapdeal helpdesk : 31st Oct 2015. I sent a mail on this issue to helpdesk. They reverted back me and saying to contact panasonic service center to collect jobsheet/DOA. 1st Oct is Sunday and the shop was closed. On Monday due to heavy rain in Bangalore not able to go to service center.

Service center: Contacted on Tuesday 3rd of Oct, 2015. I showed the invoice, delivery and helpdesk mail letters to the service guys and requested to give the jobsheet/DOA letter. They told that already 7days got over from the Invoice date and hence not possible to give the jobsheet/DOA letter. I told delivered date should be considered and not the invoice date. Only 5 days over from the delivery. With many discussion also they not given the letter. Note: In snapdeal website they not mentioned to contact service center and to collect jobsheet from them. They mentioned that executive will be coming and collect.

Snapdeal helpdesk: Then I contacted snapdeal helpdesk and told about all things happened and asked to send your executive to collect the item. Also informed that, we should not tell to service center that, we purchased the device from snapdeal. Why this hiding? Sure service center guys will come to know just by looking at invoice and other letters. Helpdesk people told that it is must to collect the forms and then proceed. They got stuck me in this stage.

Now service center guys are not giving letter and snapdeal not sending ready to send executive to collect and refund the amount.
