It has been a week now we trying to get the Reliance set to box fixed (the audio system is not working), they have registered the complain with complaint ID 249751788 on 8th September on toll free no. 1800 200 9001 with Smart Card no. 200961922334, under name of Mrs Simmi Rastogi, But we haven’t received any calls or messages from their technician visting us which should have happened within 48 hours only, as per the policy. I had a talk with their senior executive named Tulsi, she says “it is not in stock aap wait kr sakte hai !” (but a week i guess is a considerable time to sit and wait). I got my set box fixed few days back only (costed me 675/-), what the issue is they know it comes under warranty and they not suppose to take any charge from me.. so its better to leave the issue on hold as there is no profit out of this.. i am seriously pissed off now.
