I am an existing customer of reliance broadband. I am without internet for past 5 days. When i call from my registered no call always not reachable so i mailed them with issues with mail ids provided net. None of the mail i got response. Finally i call from freinds no to get a complaint no. Last month 12 days there was no net. But i received mail today with bill. They won’t provide proper swrvices, won’t let you call, they won’t respond mails, but they will keep sending bills. What a service. Means you get nothing as a client and hence you have to pay them without weber or anything.
