Sir this is regarding the policy of reliance general insurance which was taken by me on 07 Sep 2015. Before the renewal all details are provided by me to the customer support executive of reliance general insurance. My previous policy was from hdfc ergo general insurance company. Which is short term policy. Due to non payment of NCB recovery amount hdfc ergo shortens the policy period. Regarding this I would explain everything to reliance executive. After that he asked me that you are eligible for 20% NCB. After that the policy is finalize and a payment of Rs. 5905 was paid by me to reliance general insurance company. But today I receive a message from reliance insurance company regarding the NCB recovery amount of Rs. 975. After contacting to company executive the ask that you are not eligible for NCB. Policy is attached herewith. Sir please solve this matter.
