Regarding repair of Micromax Tab

My tab’s screen (micromax P666 ) was cracked by my mishandling while doing work in the month of August. So on 21st august, 2015, I had given it to repair that is to replace touch pad at microtech services, shop no. 28, lower going floor, Hi-Life mall, near railway station, P.M. Road, Santacruz (West), Mumbai. After 25 stipulated day which they had asked for repairing the TAB I went to inquire about the TAB, for which the shopkeeper said that she has given the TAB to micromax service center, Delhi for replacing the touch pad as spare is not available in Mumbai. Now it is more than 2 months I have not received my TAB nor getting the proper status of it. When ever I call in microtech services no one receives the call and if they receives the call then they say we will let you know the status and call you back in 10 minutes and they never called back. I lso asked the manager of microtech services, Mumbai he said you will receive your TAB within 15 days but it has been another 1 month to that thing. Microtechservice are now saying that it will take minimum a month more to receive the TAB back. As they are misleading me and taking me for grant, I would like to take stringent action against them.
