Regarding repairing of HP laptop

Purchased HP Laptop model HP15-b140tx TS Sleekbook for my daughter (student) from M/s Unitel, Asansol authorised showroom of HP products on 20/05/2014. From 11 month(April) problem started in On/Off, and touch screen, shown to deal)er; they said call booked for repair. No one attended and finally on 21/06/15 complete shut down occured. I was afraid that they will now tell One year of waranty passed but after lot of discussion i had deposited laptop on 29/06/15 alongwith copy of purchase invoice. After repeated follow up on 17/08/15(50 Days later) they called us to takeback repaired laptop and on checking at the shop itself I found touchscreen is not working. They made a call to repair centre and said us that Call of repair Re opened, it is a minor problem, take laptop and we will call you within 10 days. Still waiting. Now they are not responding to my mails and calls.
