Regarding replacement by Street Style Store

I have ordered three pair of sandles from Street Style Store. Order No: 759925 The product got delivered to me after waiting for a month. I paid cash 1050 rs to the courier.
The sandles were not of proper size so I raised request for replacement. After even two weeks no update was provided by the company for pickup. After mailing them 10-15 times, they sent pickup by goJava. I have the tracking id: 1151574. It cleary shows that pickup was initiated by SSS and pickup has been done.
I waited two more weeks for replaced products. I dropped a number a mails since then to SSS, they asked me to share the pickup slip. I provided them the tracking id of replacement initiated by SSS through goJava and showed them a screen shot of the same.

Now I have no clue whether they are proceeding with the delivery of product or not. They even stopped replying to my mail. Its been two month I am waiting for the right product to be delivered.

Please help me with this. Its kind of frustration for a consumer. I have already paid for the product and I have no idea when they are going to deliver the product.
