Regarding replacement delay by Amazon

I had bought laptop from Amazon I received it on 6th September 2016 and found out that touch pad was not working I requested for return on 10th Sept 2016. The Pic up was scheduled on 12th Sept 2016 between 15:00 Hrs to 18:00 Hrs but till date i.e. upto 22nd Sept 2016 Pic up is not done.

I am following this issue on every single day by wasting my valuable time. Each time Amazon executive assured me that pic will be done in next 24 to 48 Hours but it didn’t happened. I even have mails from amazon stating the same.

I even have mails from escalation team but they too did’t keep their promise as the deadline given by them is also dead now.

They have promised me that it will be done but its not I have suffered a lot because of this. I had taken laptop on EMI and my Credit Card bill also generated for this month even though I have requested for return Now I have to pay it to the bank because of their mistake

Now they are giving me excuses that Courier guy not able to find my address. How can this be possible ?? At the time of delivery he was able to do that.

And also the warehouse from which the order was dispatched is just 10 minutes away from my home.

I was in need for laptop for my business purpose on very urgent basis but because of this delay I am not able to do that work. I am not even able to take the new laptop because the Refund has not generated yet.

My family life is also disturbed due to this

Please help me in getting the refund at the earliest. As Amazon still making fake commitments to me instead of doing the needful.
