I have purchased redmi 3s prime priced 8999 exclusively available on mi.com. The product recieced does not have a working fingerprint sensor hence i registerd a complaint by calling mi india coustomer support on1800 103 6286. The complaint was registerd on 26 th since now the rewerse pickup of the phone has not been initiated from the company side. I have contacted the coustomer service several time but only answer i got was.. Have to wait for some more time. Please help me with the same. The complaint number is 160926-000935
