On 31.08.2015 i have submitted the faulty wifi Netgear router to Regenersis (India) Private Limited, for an replacement.

But now more than one month has passed by no such response from Regenersis (India) Private Limited and as well was from Netgear customer care end.

I am really frustrated with the service and i still don’t know if i will be getting the replacement as the product still have warrenty till 18/Nov/2015. Please do the best.
