I have ordered a casual shirt in amazon. It was dlvrd on 4th oct but i have got a wrong size and the product quality is very low on the same day i.e, on 4th oct i have created a return request of the order they have mailed for pick up on 5th oct 2pm -5pm but no pick up took place after sending mail they rplied for the pick up on 6th oct no pick up took place after that i have called on 7th oct they said to self return the product & they will refund the shipping charge(before sending the product i have complaint regarding this issue on consumer helpline having Complaint No.-459921 they have suggested me to self return the product accoring to the company) i have self returned the product on 9th oct through Skyking Courier Service but the product returned back to me on 16th it was mentioned that the seller does not accepted after contacting again with amazon customer services & mentioning about this issues they ignored regarding the matter and they have mailed for the pick up to be on 18thoct but no pick up was there again i asked on 17th at 10pm they said pick up will be on 28th from 2pm-5pm but no pick up i calld them at 5:10pm they said to wait for another half an hour but no pick up was there i calld on 18th oct they said as diwali is approaching they are busy u have to wait and the pick up will be on 21st again the same no pick up. i called on 22nd after asking they said me to again self return the product i mentioned about the first return case about the return back of the product they said to send this time through IPS but again the product returned back today after receiving the product i contacted customer service they said there will be pick up in the nxt 24hrs. i asked them about the time limit as they have mentioned all returns shoud be made before 10th nov what shall i do now he said me don’t worry about the refund as u have self returned the product twice u will get back the refund after 10thnov alsoi then asked to mail the same about the refund what he said to me but he ignores to mail & said there will be pick up within 24hrs.
As per the above mentioned issues i have also filed a complaint in consumer helpline Complaint No.-459921
They supported me in every step & suggested me to file a case against amazon. I want to put a case against amazon and get back my money as soon as possible.
