I had made a booking for 31st december 2015 through oyo mobile app 2 weeks ago while my booking ID was GTFA2513 in Hyderabad. The choice of room was oyo premium in sri nagar colony. Two rooms were booked for four people.
I even got a conformation sms and also the comformation mail. Moreover on the day of travel I even received a sms to give a missed call to a particular number to confirm my booking and so I did the same. It was very shocking and dishearting to acknowledge that when I reached the destination along with my family the oyo staff denied our stay there by saying that all rooms are already full and we do not have any place for your accomodation moreover they did not have any conformation mail for our stay there. The staff told us that there was no booking in my name. Being 31st night it was a complete harassment for me and my family as there were no oyo rooms or hotels left in the city. Morever i had called the oyo customer care, on explaining my condition they were just helpless and could not provide us with any accomodation. I felt highly disappointed with oyo group and would never trust it again for the harassment caused to us.
