I have booked oyo rooms on 18 October and i have been debited 1019rs from my sbi account but have not received any booking id But my money is debited. Here is the screen shot i attached from my sbi account transaction. But oyo rooms denied any transaction made by me and also not responding on mail conversation as well as telephonic conversation. They are not helping me. I already talk with sbi representative regarding payment was done or not, and came to know that amount is transferred to oyo which is confirme by sbi care but oyo is not accepting it.
