Vijay sales sold TV and then when complaint back..for an issue neither the sales nor the management is ready to own the issue – they are selling the product to consumer and when it comes to service they put it on manufacturer. BYE BYE after BUY from them…irrespective of customer being a concern

However, later when he tried to withdraw money to his bank account, he was unable to do so. The option of withdraw money was not working whenever attempted and there was no response to his emails. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
