Regarding service and support from Redbus

I have booked the 2 travel tickets in Chozha travels through Redbus for below itinerary.
No of Tickets : 2, From : Chennai. To : Eral. Travel Date : 14th July. Ticket booked date: 11th July. Amount Paid : 1500INR. Travels : Chozha Travels (Sleeper Class, 09:15 PM).

Have planned this travel for very critical personal need and my booking has confirmed on 11th July.

All of sudden, have received a message on mobile at around 4:26 AM on 13th July and informing the cancelled service.

Have reached respective contacts through mobile and asked for alternative travels but they responded very harsh way and treated us like very bad manner.

Apart from the money spent, There is no consideration of alternate booking after so many calls from my side and m frustrated with their response.

I need respective management should acknowledge this in proper way as have insulted with their response.
