Regarding service by Samsung service centre

The service centre with address Smart Teleservices, Patamata, Near Nirmala Convent, Vijayawada – 520 010, asked me Rs.200 for an estimation. My Samsung S8 fell and the screen was broken. they made me sit in the service centre for 1 hour to take the device for repair and at last no one responded and i was sitting in the centre like fool. is this the way you behave with your customers? This is absolutely ridiculous. i paid so much to buy this device and this is the customer service you people are providing?
