I purchased my le eco le max 2 on 09/07/2016 from flipkart and within 15 days of purchase it started showing network issues and in next 10 days there was no network in both sims. This is not what you expect from a new phone!

I submitted my phone for repair on 09/08/2016 to company’s service centre and for the time being no spare phone was issued to me.

I am submitting this complaint on 12/09/2016 and its been over month since I gave my phone for repair and till now I have no idea where my phone is. Numerous calls, messages and Emails were made to company’s service centre but no proper reply was received. Its high time and not at all satisfied with company’s phone and its after sales services.
