Regarding service delay of Lenovo A6000

I had given my smart phone Lenovo A6000 for servicing on June 27th 2016, one month before service was to expire. Service center address: 135/2, 1st floor, Ghats plaza, 11th cross, Malleswaram, Bangalore-560003. They did not return phone by 21 days as they had told. Later company cancelled this authorization center and phones were sent to Chennai. I didn’t get proper response from customer care. When I tweeted their apathetic attitude on twitter , they responded but only giving verbal promises without returning my phone till to this date. I have sent emails , they gave mobile number of so called Dxxxxxe who is now not receiving call keeps photo in busy tone. I have emails, call recordings , jobsheet number for proof.
