Regarding service issues of Apple iPhone 4S

I would like to raise my concern with the board and senior management of Apple about the problem or bug which I am facing with my iphone 4s. I have visited the service center in Bangalore, India. It has been more than 3 months that no one from apple is in position to provide my assistance in getting my iphone fixed. I think every one are just robot and speak only one line and have no respect what a customer is claiming about. This has not only created a negative mindset about apple but with the company which is just boosting and has no value or ethics.

I have raised the case 100001476871 on 11th August’16 and till then I am chasing like hell and spoke to around 10-12 executive giving me assurance for the resolution but people are just ignoring my complain or neither your service center has skilled people to identify my reported problem.

Can I have any one sensible person in Apple who can help me in addressing my problem and give me resolution as I am highly frustrated now.

I am attaching the repair form which clearly says Note: During observation found that if network fluctuate network is dropping which depends the service coverage of the service provider. This clearly showed the problem but it was ignored at the service end.
