Regarding service of Kent RO

Got RO serviced on 22.08.2015. Service engineers changed 5 filters. Made payment by cheque. Water smelling foul and murky. Called service person again and he confirms that all filters are bad. Need changing . I request the company to replace all filters immediately free of cost. Everyone in my house is sick by drinking bad water. On top of that the service engineers says that my complaint is not registered with them, it is height of service racket.

    Issue resolved as the company has replaced parts free of cost.
