Regarding service of Micromax A310 mobile service

It is to inform you that I have submitted my Mobil micromax A310(Blue) with the problem reported (4101-power does not switch on, 4907- display blank display) on 14/08/2015 to M/S Shivas technologies 107/252 A Nehru nagar kanpur-208001. Sir they have given me 20 days for the repair from the above mentioned date but till date I am only getting the excuses.

Sir within these days I have complained to costumer care but didnt get any fruitful result. Now sir i am really very upset couldn’t understand were to go atlast someone suggest me for you. Please sir look upon the issue as soon as possible.
