Regarding services by Paladin Systems

My complaint is against Paladin Systems Private Limited. My serial number is PPP 7327 (appears on upper left corner of the invoice). I bought two mobile phones from the dealer: David Sales and Solutions (C-126, Shop. No. 14, Naraina Industrial Area Phase 1, New Delhi-110028). Along with the phones I got both the phones insured by the same dealer through Paladin Systems Private Limited.

The screen of both the phones has been damaged, which is covered under the protection plan that I bought.

The dealer tells me that Paladin Systems is refusing to repair any damages now. And when I called on the Customer Care Number, which is 8800339892, the recorded voice always tells me that ” all the representatives are busy at the moment and will get back to you” and the call drops. Once I was able to get in touch with them, when they refused to help by saying that neither is the dealer registered with them and also that the invoice number I gave them is invalid.

After a lot of online research I have come across numerous such complaints by consumers against this company.

Request you to please take immediate action.
