Regarding services from Amazon and Bluedart

I had placed an order for Calf Segmental Roller (Rs.399) through the Amazon website on the 10th of October 2015.

I had received a message on the 11th that goods have been dispatched and a subsequent message on the 13th at about 10.30am said that it was out for delivery and was to be delivered by Blue Dart through there personnel Mr.Sxxxxxr. It never arrived that day and again on 14th morning at 11am I received a call from the Blue Dart office to confirm my office address and to confirm positive delivery in an hour or so.

Even after repeated enquires the parcel wasn’t delivered till the time to close my office (i.e.6pm and it was mentioned to both the Amazon and Blue Dart that this is a commercial address and to kindly make deliveries on weekdays between 10am and 6pm). I was told to wait by Mr.Sxxxxxr till 6 pm and the delivery would be made positively. Even after waiting till 7.30pm, there was no delivery attempted and the next day I found a “Sorry to have missed you” note saying that a delivery was attempted at 6.15pm on the 14th.

This happens to be a complete lie as I have people in my office who can vouch for all the above mentioned timings and also a CCTV in my office premise which can prove when actually the delivery was attempted.

On enquiry with the courier personnel on the 15th, I was assured a delivery would be made in a couple of hours. But from that day to this, there has been no delivery attempts made and just a false update being made on the Amazon website as a delivery being attempted mostly during afternoons and addressee not found.

Repeated complaints have been lodged with the Amazon customer care to no avail and the courier personnel continues to update falsely the never happening delivery attempts which can be proved through people in the office, the guard at the gate and the CCTV recording.

The harassment and the constant nuisance caused by the Blue Dart and the Amazon personnel by repeated mails and messages citing that the addressee wasn’t found on the delivery attempt is highly regrettable and uncalled for.
