As a Seller of Elanic.in i have handed over a parcel to their logistics partner ecomexpress on 20th March 2018. Against Order Id : 663178 vide Airway bill number 902554776.
On 25thbMarch Ecomexpress Updated status “Failed Delivery for incomplete address” . But she is regular clint of Elanuc n every day receiving lots of parcel from Elanic itself by other courier. After that several mail send to Elanic. Complaint customer care. But no updates there. Suddenly 30th March Ecomexpress again updated “Client refuse to accept” but actual truth client herself called ELANIC many times for parcel. I will attach my detailed chat conversation with client here. Thts clearly indicates that Ecomexpress Kanpur Hub misplaced or stolen my parcel. After mailing all details to Elanic – one of their customer care executive promised that i will get my damarage within 3rd April 2018. No damarage came. Suddenly 4th April Elanic inform me that parcel will back to me. N they updated status with that fake excuse “Client refuse to accept”
But ecomexpress site if any one track with awb no 902554776 u can easily see tht last 4th April again tht fake update their but no return process register there. NO RTO record there. Actually that parcel not exist there. Parcel already stolen. So they have no other option except to stating lie. And Ecomexpress such courier who have no customer care ph number no email id.
Elanic also stop their call center service from 31st march 2018.
Now neither ELANIC reply my mail nor make solution my problem. They just informed parcel will back to me. Which is totally fake statemnt. I am attaching last courier site updates here.
Feeling so helpless and depressed as ELANIC.IN join hand with ecomexpress for this fraudulant act instead of takin a action against them.
