I have taken Sterling Holidays membership last year. After taking the membership, I have realized that all the conditions promised by Sterling while taking the membership is false. I have lodged complain in their website but not responded yet. Sterling has given me RCI membership alongwith, but those conditions are also different from what stated earlier. I was not given the original form for filling up and studying the terms and conditions; but photocopy of form was given and the T&C was illegible there. I was assured of many discounts such as 25 years RCI membership, 50% discount for members in Sterling Resorts, 1 week free staying facility in RCI resort in foreign, etc, but all are appearing false now. I have called the representatives of Sterling who forced me the membership but they hung up the phone telling that they would not respond as they have resigned Sterling and joined other companies. I demand for full refund of the money I have paid and cancel my membership.
