I had purchased GIONEE M5 Plus on 26.06.16 under 1 year warranty. And within 15 days its charger point got damage, and after a month its center button (Home Button) also got damage. When visited @ GIONEE service centre at Andheri (Mumbai, Maharashtra) on 30.08.16, they said that there is a major damage and it would cost to replace the part if require. And if i refuse for any repairing work then still i have to pay Rs 250 as service charges. So by all ways & mean, i have to pay GIONEE, then whats the use of product having warranty. So i didnt gave my GIONEE cell phone to service centre & kept it with me & return back home. Its really heart breaking moment for me that the cell phone costing Rs 27000 which i had bought in full MRP will ruin my happiness in 15 days and have to continue using such damage piece ? i had never expected such poor quality of cell phone which cost Rs 27000. I strongly request you to get my GIONEE M5 Plus back in normal working condition immediately
