I had purchased a washing machine from Samsung. it is fully automatic. Since day 1 of its use it wasn’t working properly. the clothes get entangled in each other. some of y clothes were even torn. i had complained about it many times. the engineer came and told us that the machine needs to replaced. he took away the photocopy of recipt and told us that the company would contact use. But even after 3 months of waiting no one from Samsung contacted us. when next time we complained they refused to take our complain. The machine is out of warranty now and now when we complain they tell us that will charge visit. how fare is that. Please help.
