Regarding Shell inside LuvIt chocolate

Quality issue-Global consumer products. Bought LuvIt Luscious chocolate Lot no.KMP0174371 dated 28/10/2017 on 5th Aug 2018 from D mart Hongasandra Bangalore. Found but shell inside the chocolate due to which I damaged my teeth and tongue. If a child consume it then it’s threating to death. So either cancel the licence for this product or take a strict action against them.
