I recently moved to new room and kept shift connection. They gave connection on 05 th Aug 2016 but from then onwards i am facing the internet Slow or disconnection issue(i.e i am using 40 mbps plan which costs me around 1100 rupees per month including Tax but now the internet speed is less than 1mbps or there will no internet). I called Act Broadband many times regarding this problem many times which costs me around 100 rupees also. But the customer care guys simply raise the ticket and they will just close the ticket with out resolving the issue.
From past 15 days i am facing the issue is “either too too slow internet or there will be no internet which they not yet resolved.”
Could you please consider my request and raise a complaint log and please do investigate on this issue.
