Regarding Sony PS4 from Flipkart without warranty

I have bought sony ps4 pro 1tb from flipkart before buying I checked all the details and they have also mentioned the product is in one year warranty but when I received it , there was no sony warranty card , no serial number on the back of ps4, and the item was not genuine due to this sony denied to claim warranty and when I ask flipkart for refund they started delaying my complaint and are not telling anything .Please help .Please refer to attachment .

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-.
