Had purchased insurance for my Samsung A5 phone from Appsdaily by paying about Rs.1600 with an assurance of claim towards theft, damage etc. including recovery of contacts. I lost the contacts because of some issue in the phone but even after almost 1 month of running behind the company, they are unable to retrieve the lost contacts. Only answer they have is that the matter has been forwarded to the technical team. But there are no responses further to that. Some examples of my regular follow up is provided as attachment.
