I want to complain against Tata DoCOMo. they are not sending me bill since last two year even after many complained. Also they change my Billing cycle and plan without my knowledge. Many time i complain regarding not receiving the bill but they wrong commit that we have delivery the bill on your address if i ask for proof they not provide me any proof. they just send me msg of bill on due date if i am not able to pay on that due date they bar my outgoing everytime. i try to port my no but they not provide me porting code. so know kindly let me know what i can do against the company.
