Regarding Tata Docomo’s poor network coverage and plan

I submitted my Tata DOCOMO number cancellation request on 9-9-2015. Right now I’ve moved to using Vodafone, which I’m extremely pleased. I’m getting coverage everywhere I take my phone in my office. Its kind of fascinating for me to find network coverage is available in every corner. Why I’m saying this not for advertisement.

To such an extent I was pissed off and irritated, to always find my phone saying no coverage with Tata DOCOMO. This was extremely painful and frustrating. I’ve been paying Rs.600 bucks for each connection (mine and my husband’s) for almost nothing. For a service that I dint like, and that I submitted cancellation request in the middle of the billing cycle, they said the complete cancellation process will take 15 days. Which means, I’ll almost pay for an entire month of unused usage. Even the 9 days of actual usage was useless most of the time.

I request Tata Docomo to close my billing as of 10/9/2015 at the most, and generate the bill and pass it on to me. I wish not to pay a single paise beyond the date I sumbitted cancellation request which is 9/9/2015 11:50 PM. I have not used my connection since then. I have already thrown away he sim also. My Tata DOCOMO number was 8981010698
